Organisation Structure at Lifeline:
- Board of Directors: Provides overall leadership and guidance for the ministry.
- Leadership Team: Leads specific areas of the ministry, overseeing its operations and ensuring everything aligns with our mission.
- Staff Teams: Consists of committed volunteers who work regularly in their areas of expertise, such as: Production, Marketing, Operations, Hospitality, Finance, and more.
We are also open to welcoming (foreign) missionaries for mission trips to join in this work.

Plan, organize, and execute ministry events to ensure they run smoothly.
Reports to: Operations Director
You’ll assist with operating and maintaining the audio-visual equipment that supports our ministry.
Reports to: Production Director
Develop videos, graphics, and other multimedia content to support the ministry’s message.
Reports to: Social Media Manager
Write blogs, newsletters, and website content to share Lifeline’s vision and work.
Reports to: Marketing Director
Manage the pool of volunteers, ensuring they’re informed and engaged for events and initiatives. Recruit new volunteers to strengthen the operations.

Be part of the team that ensures every attendee feels at home. Prepare the snacks and drinks to welcome our guests.
Reports to: Hospitality Director
Develop and execute fundraising campaigns to sustain the ministry.
Reports to: Finance Director
Assist the finance team by managing day-to-day bookkeeping, preparing reports, and ensuring financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

Research and write grant proposals to secure funding from organizations and government institutions.
